I have heard about the peacocks roaming the Lincoln Park area and we finally saw a couple in April, then last week we saw their babies! The kids were so excited

A lil old-time scary picture show

Im thinking the kids would really enjoy this, set in a historic theater & the possible meeting of Bela Lugosi Jr. ...just spooky enough to get us all in the halloween spirit :)

Laundry/Mudroom

I made a roman shade for the cabinet over the dryer but still need to add some type of "office/craft" desk or maybe a bench with storage cabinet combo but its coming along :)

Kitchen re-do

BEFORE PIC
We tried to salvage our kitchen when we finally got the keys to move in but it was rotted out so we had to demo it and although I thought I wanted a more vintage look, what we ended up with is anything but that and it came out great!

AFTER!

Dining area too

Does this chair give off a spooky vibe?

Trying to satisfy my daughters love of antiques, my mother in law reupholstered this beautiful arm chair. We all love it and it goes well with the house, as far as we know it was brought over from Europe decades ago and it has sat in my MIL's shop for the past 15 years. Wish we had more info on it :/ ...so we get it home, placed in her room with her antique Annie doll sitting pretty on it and snapped this pic...  we noticed the creepy white area in the lower right corner and now we have our own creepy ghostly lore to it, now I know its probably just some weird happenings with my phone but we like pretending its a lil paranomal we are weird that way ;)

My Old Spanish/Craftsman?

Earlier this year we were fortunate to purchase this wonderful 1920's Craftsman in Lincoln Park, Pomona Ca and from the outside it has (or will have eventually) the look of a Craftsman but the inside has archways and exposed wood beams that remind me of Spanish homes, I am in no way a expert in home styles but shouldnt a Craftsman have built in wood bookshelves/hutches? I would love to somehow put some in but Im not sure if that was in the original blue prints of the home or if they were just taken out over the last 92 yrs. Sigh... I wish I could find some info on our home
